excellent stay near hyde park
helpful staff spacious room punctual cleaning service convenient location
I found the staff cute and helpful. They assisted with taxi arrangements. the room was spacious enough for two people and featured a fridge. the cleaning service maintained the room spotlessly, and the beds were made perfectly each day. the location was also convenient, near bayswater and queensway tube stations, easy to get around.
i observed slight damage to one cabinet in the room, though it was minor. it did not significantly affect my stay.

the location was near shops and restaurants. sainsbury's is a short walk away, and hyde park is easily accessible. two underground stations are within walking distance! though i found the spot quite convenient.

convenient and clean stay
convenient location clean room friendly staff
the location proved very convenient. it was near bayswater tube station (i think it was only minutes away) and close to shops. the room was clean. i found the staff helpful and friendly. i even got an extra hour for checkout. (i really needed it after a long night!).
the central heating didn't seem to work, but there were two small heaters available.

i appreciated the walking distance to halal food and various restaurants nearby. it made finding a quick bite easy, especially after a day of exploring. there was plenty to choose from in the area.

transport links helpful staff firm mattress present mould weak heating room noise
the location was good for transport links. friendly staff assisted me with directions. the mattress felt firm and supported my back well. the wifi signal was suitable for working.
the shower did have mould present. this was off-putting. the heating wasn't powerful enough. the room did suffer from noise from outside.

the receptionist were amazing. Abdul Aziz and Sam were always helpful. they helped with directions and local information. a package from e bay arrived, and the night staff made sure I received it in my room. this I appreciate a lot!
the sink drain was slow, and I think that a microwave would be more helpful than a hob.

The room provided a useful kitchenette with a fridge and hob. I found the room very clean and well-organized (which I value highly). Parking was convenient and secure, giving me peace of mind. The staff demonstrated friendliness and were always helpful .
The room lacked blackout curtains. Light entered the room very early, disrupting my sleep.
